Angie Wolfe
Angie Wolfe, CP APMP, is a creative and analytical proposal professional and business owner with 20 years of experience with large Fortune 500 companies in business development and marketing. She is a certified Foundation level of the Association of the Proposal Management Association.
Started as an intern at Kiewit’s corporate magazine to being a respected leader managing multiple billion-dollar pursuits with several teaming partners.
Based in Denver, she founded Ideas at Dawn Marketing Consultants in 2019. They bring large civil engineering and construction firms a competitive advantage with their proposals and training to win more work without adding on more payroll.
These services include proposal management, writing, editing, graphic design support, layout, and training to meet the increased demands on the proposal staff.
As a small, woman-owned business, Ideas at Dawn helps AEC companies with turnkey proposal support to develop easy-to-read content and graphics that their clients can understand even if they haven’t put in the years of study in the field.
The firm has a team of three graphic designers, one 3D graphic designer, and five additional proposal managers/writers/editors in addition to herself.
